Mississippi Losing The War With Obesity

CHICKEN PASTA
Cooking time: 30 minutes, serves 5
Cooking Instructions:
Start a pot of salted water to boil. Sauté onions in 2 tablespoons of dipping oil in a medium hot skillet. Slice the chicken breasts and add to sautéed onions. Add sliced bell peppers.
Add pasta to boiling water with a splash of olive oil. Wash salad, grape tomatoes and avocado. Put salad and tomatoes in colander.
Cook chicken mixture until done. Drain pasta when cooked. Put all ingredients in large serving bowl. Add sliced avocado.
Ingredients- 4 chicken breasts
- Bagged salad
- Grape tomatoes
- Litehouse freeze dried salad herb blend
- Sliced onions, bell peppers, 1/3 chili pepper
- Zesty Italian dipping oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Whole grain pasta
